In Georgia we say: “A guest is a gift from God,” so expect to be celebrated here!
Yes, we are two and a half thousand kilometers away from Tbilisi, but no distance will prevent Georgians from welcoming guests with a generous, delicious and soulful spread, treating them to wine, sharing traditions and making sure that the guests are in a good mood!
We are eager to share our love for the real Georgian cuisine, so our recipes are authentic, our wine is exceptional, and our khachapuri is always hot.

About the cuisine
Georgian cuisine is one of the oldest in the world! Perhaps it is so diverse, generous and satisfying because we had a lot of time to create it. It is a great honor for us to host you and show you the variety of Sakartvelian dishes!
Here you will find khachapuri, khinkali, shashlyk, lula kebab, kharcho, and dishes in traditional pots - ketsi, which are cooked in the oven. There are also less familiar to the general public tskhare, ojakhuri and chikhirtma, phali, badrijani and chkmeruli. Do the names seem a bit complicated? Don't worry, once you try these dishes, you will fall madly in love with them, and remembering the names will not be a problem - but forgetting them will be:)
The cuisine is not the only asset of Chmeli Suneli, because a real Georgian restaurant cannot exist without Georgian wine! Did you know that wine has been produced in Georgia for over 8000 years? So when you pick up a glass, you are tapping into the tradition of our ancestors. Of course, we haven't forgotten about chacha and homemade lemonades. We even have Georgian beer!
Traditionally, a Georgian table cannot have a single empty spot, and we have everything to keep this tradition alive!
